He will hand over the vehicle with all necessary documents for your holiday. Your first night will be at the Green Elephant Urban Retreat on bed and breakfast.

Today after breakfast, you will start driving to Zambia’s South Luangwa National Park. Arriving early afternoon, you will drive straight to KuKaya Lodge. Your accommodation at KuKaya will be on Full Board plus 2 game activities per day.

After your breakfast, get ready and start drive to Liwonde National Park, Malawi’s premier wildlife destination. Arriving in Liwonde early afternoon, you will be transferred to Kuthengo Camp by boat across the Shire River where you will stay for the next 2 nights on full board plus 2 game activities per day.

Nestled among the Fever trees and baobabs, Kuthengo Camp is an intimate, exclusive, rustic camp with no barriers to nature. You will often have elephants, antelope, warthogs and more milling around your veranda, along with hippos in the Shire beyond your tent. At the Kuthengo Camp, you have 2 full days to engage yourselves in Liwonde’s wilderness. Activities at Kuthengo include 2 game activities per day where you may choose from game drives in open safaris vehicles, boat safaris on the Shire River and walking safaris to occupy your days.

After your morning activity and breakfast, you will check out and transferred by boat, crossing the Shire. You get to your vehicle and start driving to Pumulani Lodge on the shores of Lake Malawi in Lake Malawi National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Pumulani Lodge is subtly nestled in the lush hill of Lake Malawi National Park, overlooking the cool blue waters of the third largest lake in Africa. The lodge is delightful place and offers the most spectacular views of the lake. It offers a perfect mix for a memorable holiday. The ten villas scattered amongst the boulders and tree with the Lake Malawi National Park, and in perfectly with their surroundings. Enjoy being active or simply relax in the beautiful and tranquil scenery.

All good things must come to an end! Enjoy last morning on the Island on Lake Malawi. After breakfast, you will be transferred by Boat back to the mainland. Arriving on the mainland, you find your vehicle and start driving straight to Kamuzu International Airport for your flight back home.

At the Airport, your Malawi on Wheels guide will welcome you and will hand over the vehicle and the documents to him. He will help you with the back in the Airport building.
